I had an excellent experience with Chris/West Arbor Painting and would highly recommend them. I had significant plaster ceiling water damage with cracks and peeling, and they handled the repair the right way from start to finish. They took the time to properly prep and protect the space, scraped away all the damaged material, opened up and reinforced the cracks, and used a great primer. They repaired everything with mesh and compound, sanded it smooth with proper dust control, and matched the texture and paint perfectly. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to doing it correctly—not just covering up the problem. They followed through on everything outlined in the estimate and even went the extra mile to make sure the final result was seamless. The ceiling looks brand new—you would never know there was damage there before. They were professional, clean, and respectful of my home the entire time. Received two other similarly priced quotes that seemed to only address surface issues and not repair for longevity. Competitive price without taking shortcuts.
